    You still have to clean, of course, but the hard water line is much improved. I wish I had found this before I scratched up my brand new toilet with an abrasive scrubber. That seems to be the area that I am having to worst trouble with. Customer service is wonderful. I thought it came with the pumice stone. It doesn’t. You can actually buy it separately. I recommend it! It cleans so good.

    I bought three of these to use in a house we just built at the beach. It’s currently a weekend home for us, and that means the house doesn’t get used regularly.
