    I received my order about 3 weeks ago. I ordered two, one for each bathroom in my home. Before placing them in the water tanks I cleaned both bowls w/ my Lysol Rust and Lime disinfecting toilet bowl cleaner and a pumice stick to remove the existing hard water stains and water ring. I had to do this every week before the krazy klean. I have not seen any hard water staining or build up since I placed it in the tanks. Amazing! Before, after about three days the build up would start to return. It's been three weeks and still no hard water build up. Now I just clean the bowl once per week w/ the Lysol cleaner just to clean the bowl and remove germs and odors w/ a toilet brush. No more having clean them twice/week or big production or brush cleaning w/ the cleaner, flushing, then cleaning a second time w/ cleaner and hand scrubbing it w/ the pumice stick. Saves so much time and effort.
