    We live in a rural area and our property is on a private well. The hard water deposits in the toilets was ridiculous. The Krazy Klean has made such a difference! I will say you should start with a de-scaled toilet but not a must.

    Customer support was GREAT. I mistakenly placed my order twice and when I sent an email they immediately sent me a refund label. This was all before I received my order. So far the product is working but I haven’t had it very long. I would recommend trying this if you have water issues that stain like we do where I live. I did receive the refund as soon as they received the product back.
