    Not impressed with customer service at all
    I contacted your customer service department to be told that one of my Krazy Kleans(s) was not up to par as the others. I was told by CS that they would send me a pumice stone for free. What I really want is a replacement for the under performing one. This is really a crappy thing to say to a new customer. I cleaned my toilets BEFORE putting the device in my toilet tank. So I won’t be supporting your company any longer. And I have an email i ready to send to your CEO!
