    I purchased two of these for my bathrooms in July of this year. I posted a five star review because it was really working well for a couple of months. Then I changed my review because the rings started back again. Within hours of posting the review, I got an email from the owner and another worker saying that they would send me out two small boosters to add to my toilet tanks. I was very impressed with the very quick response from the company which shows me that customer service is priority one for them. I received the boosters at no charge and currently have them in my toilet tanks. So far, after a week, they seem to be helping as the water that we have must contain a high amount of calcium. After all of this, I would change my review back to five star just based on customer service alone. I hope they continue working the way that they are and I do highly recommend them.
